Meet Dan
Dan is a lifelong Albany resident and community advocate, driven by a commitment to social and economic justice. He was raised in Sheridan Hollow where he was instilled with a strong sense of community. His family was engaged in activism and advocacy, including the fight to preserve the Pine Bush. He has taken those ideals and ran with them. He has been dedicated to serving his neighbors through his work with the Community Accountability Board, gardening at Tivoli Farm, organizing with Food Not Bombs, managing community radio at Grand St Arts, serving with Grateful Villages, and advocating for his community. Every day, he works to achieve freedom through solidarity and hopes to continue that by being your council member.
